Below you will find the links to the Fundraiser Request Forms for either baseball or softabll.  This needs to be filled out if your team is interested in conducting any team-run fundraisers.  The form must be filled out for each fundraiser individually.  Once you have filled the form out, your families will be sent an annonymous ballot to vote on the fundraiser.  75% of your team must agree to the fundraiser before it goes to the board for approval.  Once you have 75% of your team agreeing to the fundraiser, the board will then vote on the fundraiser.
